Clues that you may have trauma*:
You can’t shake the effects of what happened
You feel guilty, lonely, scared, or full of rage
You’re irritable, jumpy, hostile, overly alert for danger
You have nightmares or can’t sleep
You have flashbacks or anxiety about the traumatic events
You can’t enjoy things you usually do (or used to)
You pull back emotionally
